Happy Thursday Future Humans!
/imagine (purely human)
In the future, human beings no longer need to work. Our robots will design and make other robots, which do all the work. For a few generations, there will be a struggle about the meaning of work and the purpose of the human race. Many will choose to work in some capacity because it’s so oddly satisfying. But ultimately, when survival needs are met, our purpose will be merely to entertain one another. Work and entertainment become more entangled.
Furthermore, education will become more focused on the ‘human-decorative’ rather than the human vocational. Occupation as identity never goes away. We just become a species of smart performance artists. If that makes you laugh, it could be a good thing.
NFT Insights
If you are wondering about which blockchain to collect NFTs on, there are a few perspectives to consider
which chain has the most trading volume? (need a liquid marketplace after all)
which chain has the most hip culture? (needs to have a vibe - right?)
Here’s some data from Cryptoslam.io in regard to the volume of NFT trading per chain:
The data here indicates that Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana are the biggest players.
But as a collector who has been around the space for a couple of years, it doesn’t seem like Solana is a very hip choice. And Polygon is only showing up here because it’s a low-cost way to mint NFTs by bridging your Ethereum to Polygon.
After Ethereum, if you want lower-cost artwork, Tezos is the chain to roll. You can find amazing work on FxHash and Objkt

Ilya Borisov, better known as Shvembldr is a Lativian generative artist from Riga. He became widely known for creating works on Hic Et Nunc (which is defunct because that rhymes) in early 2021, and then on Artlbocks.io in the same year. His aesthetic ranges from simple geometries to complex patterns.
Shvembldr had such great success in 2021 that he was arrested in 2022 for earning too much. Because of his arrest, he made the site https://www.art-is-crime.com/ which details troves of data about his art career.
Given the soft market, now is a great time to pick up some work from this blue-chip artist!
